Rooted Vibrations is a husband wife team located in Orange County, California offering dynamic sound bath experiences, Reiki energy healing and chakra balancing in an effort to help others heal past traumas, release trapped emotions, raise consciousness and awaken to their true nature. Our sound bath experiences include the healing and dynamic sounds of 432 hz pure crystal sound bowls, the Native American flute, the West African Ngoni, Zaphir chimes, Solfeggio frequency tuning forks, the Handpan and much more.
Additionally, we offer optional Reiki chakra balancing during our sessions to elevate your healing experience. It is our goal to guide our clients on a restorative journey where sound, vibration & hands on energy healing provide the optimal environment for harmonization and inner transformation.

Our Story
Paige & Brad's journey with sound and energy healing began in 2020, and the profound transformatoin they experienced inspired them to share these practices with others, guiding seekers on the path of healing and spiritual awakening.
In 2020, Paige began her journey of transformation by leaving behind addiction to alcohol and stepping onto the path of healing. What began as an intention to spark her own inner growth led her to the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition of Reiki, where she trained to become a Reiki Master and discovered a deep love for the practice and its immense benefits. Since then, Paige has expanded her studies to include Shamanic Journeying with Sandra Ingerman, Kundalini Awakening with Raja Choudhry, The Emotion Code with Dr. Bradley Nelson, the Shamanic Creatrix with Alana Fairchild, and Sound Medicine with Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary of Embodied Philosophy.
In 2024, she became a certified Sound Healer through Behind the Lids and, in 2025, was initiated as a Kriya Yogi with the Self-Realization Fellowship, where she actively studies and practices the spiritual teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda. Paige is also a devoted student of the Moon Magic Master Tarot Programme with Jenny Florence.
Brad’s healing journey also began in 2020, when he found solace and creativity in learning to play the ukulele. This opened the door to exploring other instruments, including the West African Ngoni, Native American flutes, and the handpan. Brad chose to leave behind alcohol and embrace his spiritual path alongside his wife, Paige. Together, they explored a wide range of healing modalities—sound baths, breathwork, energy healing, light therapy, cacao ceremonies, guided meditation, and more.
Over time, both discovered that sound healing resonated most deeply with them, offering profound benefits for mind, body, and spirit. Guided by this calling, they committed to walking the path of sound medicine—not only to support their own healing but also to help others create harmony, balance, and a new earth rooted in love and awareness.
Future medicine will be the medicine of frequencies.
